- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
IN NO EVENT SHALL WRENCH FOLIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WRENCH FOLIO, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wrench Folio, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

- Your use of the Service, including but not limited to your User Content
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and your use of the Service.
10. Termination
Wrench Folio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, we may delete your User Content and account information. Wrench Folio shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wrench Folio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Wrench Folio to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
